By accessing or using the BabyDress application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.
The App provides clothing suggestions based on temperature data and established guidelines (such as those from the NHS). These are guidelines only and do not constitute medical advice.
Always check your baby's chest or back of the neck to determine if they are too hot or too cold. Every baby is different. Overheating is a known risk factor for SIDS. You remain solely responsible for your baby's health and safety.
The App stores your garment inventory and preferences locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit your personal data to external servers, except for fetching weather data based on your location.
If enabled, the App uses your location to fetch current outdoor temperatures via third-party weather services (e.g., OpenWeatherMap). This location data is used immediately to fetch the weather and is not stored or tracked by BabyDress.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
